We recently stayed at Raganelli Hotel for a 4 day break booked with Love Holidays. Staff were all friendly & helpful especially Jessica. Our room was clean, no tea/coffee facilities, good aircon & ideal for the break. The bathroom needed some tlc but everything worked as it should. Unfortunately people staying at the hotel were very inconsiderate, shouting, dragging luggage every night all hours. Room was cleaned with fresh towels etc everyday. Breakfast was great - cheese, ham, turkey, bread, eggs, cereal, fruit, cakes, croissants…help yourself & it was lovely Location ~ 2 minutes from bus stop & about 25 minutes from the centre. Please ask for a map from reception it was so helpful! Please purchase your bus/train tickets and validate them before travelling - also check when expires as they do get checked. Enjoy your break :)

Really enjoyed this hotel. Service on arrival was amazing was greeted with an ice cold Prosecco. The room was spotless, fresh towels and bed made every day. Air con didn’t work tho but wasn’t much of an issue we just left the window open. Breakfast was basic just yoghurts and cereal and a few other things but suited me as I’m not a big breakfast eater. Attractions are about 30min in a taxi or you could get the bus. Overall really happy with this hotel. Had a hairdryer, shower was good and clean. Tea and coffee facillites. Enjoyed it. WiFi good too

Great querky hotel! This place definitely has a personality of it's own! It's not a top hotel, but if your comparing it to British standards then your not getting it. It's the Italian charm this place holds. There were just a few parts of our room that needed fixing or updating, but it was perfectly livable. The bed was comfortable with memory foam pillows that hubby loved. We loved using the little bar area, but couldn't use the breakfast facilities due to my dietary requirements. The bathroom was clean and we had a complimentary bottle of water and a fridge in the room. The air con unit worked really well and the windows kept the noise from the street out. It was a little noisey at times from other guests, but not anything you wouldn't expect. We had a couple of channels on the TV we could watch in English (movies and news). The cleaners were a bit too keen, but were just trying to keep the place clean. We really felt looked after by the staff and found taxi was the best way to get around. There's a great shopping area 20 mins walk away: to the right, and then right by the Macdonald's sign, and walk up, running parallel to the main road. This also included a gluten free pizzeria on the corner. It's definitely a hotel we'd be happy to stay in again and having the brilliant Benedetto restaurant 4 mins walk down the road in the evening made our stay very comfortable. I was with my family in holiday in Rome and i booked this hotel on their home page, a family room for 2 adults and 2 children. The room was very spacious, with all modern comfort, large TV, speed wi.fi internet connection, with a small balcony. The staff was particular friendly and attentive to all our needs. The breakfast was with a reach buffet. All was to our satisfaction

Lovely quiet hotel, very clean and friendly staff. Bus stop right outside and easy connections to the metro as well. Has restaurants and plenty of shops close by. Bed very comfy and room cleans every day. Wouldn’t be able to tell that the bed was two single beds together as the bedding and everything made it look and feel like a large double. No faults at all. We only had breakfast twice on our stay. Wasn’t a massive selection but still plenty of fruit, tea/coffee, pastries, ham/cheeses, cereal and yogurt.
